Shipping Policy


As of November 3rd 2021, the prices displayed throughout our website will be in $USD. Previously marked as $CAD, we are doing the transition to $USD due to the increase of customers located in the United States.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping Over 95 $ of Purchase

As mentioned in our homepage, customers are eligible for free shipping** which they can choose the option at checkout when they purchase above 95 $ USD  (before taxes, discounts or any other fees) through our website.

The customer is in charge to select the free shipping option during checkout when they are purchasing over 95$ USD (before taxes, discounts or any other fees). If they don’t select the free shipping option, customers are fully responsible for the shipping charge of 10 $ USD and no refund will be processed.

If the customers purchase under 95 $ USD, a flat 10 $ USD will be charged for shipping worldwide**.


We recently learned that our warehouse are unable to ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions by the delivery companies. We are constantly looking to solve this issue but at this moment, these countries are excluded: INDIA & RUSSIA.



Additional fees of up to 30 $ USD can be requested by the shipping company if the customer’s address / zip code is considered as a “Remote Area” or “International Out-Of-Delivery Area”. 

Unfortunately our system cannot determine the amount or the address of the customer is in a remote area when collecting the freight. We are only advised when it’s ready to ship. The customer will be contacted through email to inform them about this situation.

The customer is eligible to pay for the additional shipping fee or to cancel the order and get a full refund. If the customers refuse to pay for the surplus charges and doesn’t want to cancel the order, Dress Me Tour is authorized to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer.

Delivery Delays

Shipping takes about 7 to 14 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

As our warehouse is located in Asia, certain local holidays can sometimes extend the delivery delays up to 21 business days.

Due to COVID-19, the delivery company have shipping limitation enforced by their policies and government that may caused some delivery delays that are out of our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dress Me Tour is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Tracking Information

Once the item is shipped, customers will receive an automated email with the tracking number to the email registered during checkout.

The customer is entirely responsible to ensure and to keep track of their packages for any situation. If you don’t receive an automated email with the tracking after 10 business days, you will need to follow up with Dress Me Tour by contacting us via our social media channels or via email at [email protected] We also suggest to verify your junk/spam mailbox just in case if it happened that the email went in that folder.

Dress Me Tour is and will not be responsible for your package once is shipped. Dress Me Tour will not follow up or contact the shipping company / customers for any concerns, questions, or problems with the package. The customers is entirely in charge to keep track and contact the shipping company for any situation.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The shipping company does not deliver to PO Box. Any PO Box address will be refused and the customer will be contacted & informed about the situation.
