How long will delivery take?

Generally, the average processing time is 4-10 business days; however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status.4.

Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

What is item processing time ?

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is between 4-10 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item’s stock status.

How do i exchange, return or refund?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.

If it happens that the courier company advise us that your address is located in a remote area which is divided into areas according to your zip code, an extra fee will be requested to cover the additional shipping fee. Unfortunately our system cannot determine the amount or whether the address of the customer is in a remote area when collecting the freight. We are only advised when it’s ready to ship. The customer will be contacted through email to inform them about this situation.

How can I add a discount code to my order?

If you received a discount code, you can enter this code on the checkout page.

Why did I get an e-mail to refund a style I ordered? After stating My order a was confirmed.

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, The rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item(s) minus any applicable discount codes used on the order.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Why did I not recieve a confirmation email after placing an order?

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
